Food Service
A minimum group size of fifteen (16) is required for food service.
A non-refundable deposit based on fifty percent (50%) of a retreat group total food service cost is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival in order to guarantee food service. The remaining balance is (7) days before the retreat.
Retreat groups will be contacted thirty (30) days prior to arrival to establish dining times, coordinate menu selections, and note any food allergies or specific dietary concerns.
Retreat groups are required to provide a final head-count seven (7) days prior to arrival.
Covenant Acres does not provide pillows, linens, blankets, towels or toiletries. Reservations guaranteed with a 25% deposit and must be made on-line. Meal choices will be given upon guaranteed reservations. Meal selections must be placed two weeks prior to your retreat. Cedar Hall Gift Shop carries a variety of items including forgotten toiletries.
