Thank you to all who made it to Family Camp this year! Our conversations and fellowship during meals, activities, campfires and free time were wonderful. For those of you who were unable to attend this year, you were missed. We hope you will consider camping with us next year for Family Camp and during the year with your churches and families.
Our speaker this year was Pastor Jonathan Bratt. His message series was enlightening and challenged us to think within the context of the Word and outside our typically mindsets. How can we as Christians interact, bless and encourage those who are not following Christ? Let us follow Christ’s example of love and kindness, accepting those who may not normally be accepted and leading them to the Father.
Pastor Russ Peters and Charlie lead us into an atmosphere of Worship and Praise to our Lord. He also sang a few songs he had written about different times in his life where God spoke to him and lead him to a place of fully trusting in Him.
Some beautiful mornings
And fun at the Water Slide
God bless and we hope to see you next year August 15 to the 19, 2018

As you reflect on 2016, the executive board would like you to consider Covenant Acres camp in your yearend giving. We still have bills to pay during the winter months and need your support. As we look forward to next year, the board has an exciting new project planned for 2017. We pray that we can count out your time and financial support but most importantly please pray for the camp and the executive board.
We wish you a Jesus filled Christmas.

Replacing Roof on Spruce
Friday night and Saturday, several volunteers ripped of the 30-year-old roof on Spruce Lodge and installed a brand new roof. The board would like to thank all of those who came out to help. This would not have been possible without your willingness to help. The board would also like to thank all of those that helped pay for the materials needed for the new roof. While most of the cost has been covered, we still need just over $500 to cover the full cost. If you can financially support Covenant Acres, please check the Donations tab for ways to give.
As a reminder please consider Covenant Acres in your year end giving.
